Q: Love your products! Do you have a retail store?

Thank you for stopping by at little & perfect! Unfortunately, online store only at this stage.

Q: What kind of products do you carry?

Our main product collections are handmade hair bows, crafted candles, cake and cupcake toppers. Just visit us more often, we will keep bringing our customers with new products and surprises from time to time.

Q: Are there safety rules for burning candles?

Candles are safe when burned properly, responsibly and according to manufactures instructions. Nevertheless, it's important to remember that a burning candle is an open flame, and therefore it's a potential fire hazard if not monitored carefully.

When burning candles, these basic safety rules should be followed:
* Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
* Never leave burning candles unattended
* Never burn a candle on or near anything that might catch fire.

Q: Do you deliver throughout NZ?

Yes, we deliver within NZ. Once your order and full payment are received, and cleared in our bank account, the goods will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours.

**Note, full payment must be received and cleared within 3 days of your order being placed (unless otherwise agreed prior to your order being placed) or your order will be cancelled** Thank You!


Q: What are the delivery costs?

FREE DELIVERY on orders $30 or more. For orders under $30 there is a delivery fee of $6.50 per order.

**Note, rural delivery charges may apply**

Q: What is the expected delivery time?

Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days depending on location, preferred freight option and packaging times.

**Please provide a physical address as couriers are unable to deliver to PO Box or Private Bag numbers** Sorry!


Q: What if my order is urgent?

Please contact us via email before placing your order and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

**Order might be collected from us by prior arrangement (Auckland Customers only)**

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Payment options available are direct credit and bank deposit to LITTLE AND PERFECT LIMITED bank account 12-3136-0402846-00 (NZ Customers only) or credit card (with 2% surcharge ) via the secure PAYPAL system (you do not need to be registered with Paypal).

**PAYPAL is a safe and easy way to pay online as you can pay with your credit card without exposing card details to the merchant. **


Q: Returns and Refunds

We are sorry to hear that you are not 100% happy with your purchase. However, you may return any item within 7 days of purchase in brand new, unused condition and in original packaging either for exchange or a store credit.

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind, or you didn't use the products.

**Note, any return delivery fee or postage charges are at your cost. A receipt providing date of purchase must be included with all your returns, otherwise No credits or exchanges**


Q: What if goods received are faulty or damaged?

At little & perfect, we check and pack your order very carefully prior to dispatch. In the very unlikely circumstances, if any of your items arrive faulty or damaged during shipping please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to sort it out for you!
